General Incorporated Association NOAH (following We) shall make every effort to ensure the following items are observed under the Personal Information Protection Law.

1. Purpose of Use of Personal Information
We shall not use the customer’s personal information collected for purposes other than intended at the time of collection.
We indicate the purpose of personal information use as follows:

(1) When confirming, researching and/or returning customer’s inquiries sent to us or to our services.
(2) When noticing beneficial information to customers regarding our services, technical support, new services, new products, or improved functions.
(3) When aggregating statistical information and in order to develop beneficial services for customers, only to the extent of one would not be identified under a provided registered personal information.

2. Security Control of the Personal Information
We shall prevent unauthorized access to personal information, loss of personal information, destruction, tamper, leakage of personal information by means of organizational, physical, artificial, technical measures.

3. Questions Regarding Personal Information
We shall act promptly and properly on claims and other inquiries from customers regarding the handling of personal information.
We receive inquiries regarding personal information.
