HOW TO USE

Choose what service(s) you need.
Fill in your request in the form.
*Inquiries available via email, telephone or FAX.

We will reply according to your request.
For a detailed planning, you may be contacted from us
before receiving a quotation.
Upon hearing your preferences,
we will send you a quotation and suggestion.

When you decide which plan to book, and agree with our quotation,
please choose how you want to settle the payment
(Pay Pal / Bank Transfer) and make payment.

The service contract is concluded upon receiving
payment from customers.Cancellation after the service
contract is concluded, you may be charged cancellation
fees according to our cancellation policy. (See cancellation policy)

 

We will start making arrangements after the service
contract is concluded.
 *If advance payment is not available for some reason, please consult with us.

 

We will reconfirm your requested service and time the day
before your requested date.
We will ask if you need a receipt issued for the service.

We will meet you at the designated meeting point.
If you wish to add or change your destination, please consult with our staff.
Extra charge may occur depending on your additional request.
 

Cancellation Policy

If customers require a change or cancellation of travel itinerary or service, we will try to meet such requests as much as possible.
However, in order to change the service contract, customers are asked to pay penalty charges if an already-fixed arrangement needs to be cancelled, and customers may be asked to pay amendment charges in order to change the contents of services.
In case of refund, the handling charge will be covered by customers.

 

Cancellation charge:

The following charges apply from 3 days prior to the date reserved.

・Cancellation 3 days prior to arrival:30 % of the total amount reserved.
・Cancellation 2 days prior to arrival:50 % of the total amount reserved
・Cancellation on the arrival date   :100 % of the total amount reserved

 

Disclaimer

Should a problem arise by using our service, we shall take necessary measures according to The General Passenger Vehicle Transportation Business Law.
Should a customer sustain damage from one of the following reasons, we shall not be responsible for the damage.

Bad weather, abnormal natural disaster, riots, strikes, flights/vessels delays、cancellations or changes due to mechanical problems of air crafts/vessels.

Should an accident/mechanical problem arise while onboard a vehicle we arranged during the scheduled itinerary we arranged, unlimited accident insurance shall be applied.
We recommend you to join a travel insurance for problems outside our liabilities.
